The
MonoLex aptamers are isolated from a
combinatory library of nucleic acids
produced by chemical synthesis. The whole procedure runs cell-free in-vitro, no animals are required. The high affinity binding molecules are an alternative to antibodies for in-vitro diagnostics, biosensors, in affinity resins and pharmaceutical applications.
The use of aptamers can also enhance the
efficiency of high throughput systems.
The MonoLex technology enables a quick and versatile production of high affinity oligonucleotides. Major advantages of these aptamers are the small size and comparably low production costs by chemical synthesis which can be easily scaled up.
The AptaRes offers the isolation of MonoLex aptamers as service and provides technical advice to our customers for integrating aptamers into your processes. All sensitive data, proprietary information and intellectual property transferred to AptaRes are kept stricly confidential and are covered by a secrecy agreement if requested.
